Elf ideas part 1

I find it kind of interesting that this has become a status symbol as well... that kids actually compete about who has the most mischievous, creative and active elf. It's not enough to just have one and move it from place to place, from room to room, I mean... like
take a die
Throw it. Assign every room a number. If you have more than 6 rooms, throw the dice as many times as you need to get to the number of rooms. Like 1+1 - kitchen 1+2 living room 1+3 bedroom #1 1+4 bathroom #1 and so on. If you have less than 6, assign some rooms two numbers. If you only have one room, skip this step.
Throw the die. If the result is odd number, move left, if even move right (from the door).
throw the die. The result says how many meters. (or yards or steps)
throw the die. 1 is on the floor, 2 knee high, 3 waist high, 4 shoulder high, 5 raised arms high, 6 ceiling (or - you have to climb a stool to reach)

No, you have to DO things. Like bake cookies in the middle of the night.

North Pole Breakfast - works any day, not just on arrival
